This unique and charming villa presents itself on two levels. Set into the rock at the foot of Monte Pellegrino, it is a unique vantage point to enjoy stunning views and get in touch with nature, perfect for couples and families. Appreciate breathtaking landscapes and experience the extraordinary harmony where structured architecture meets nature.

Staying in the villa is already a journey in itself: the structure resembles a boat; it plays with spaces, shapes and distances, which turn the residence into a magical and unique dwelling. While it is modern and original, great attention has been paid to every detail. The villa interacts with its surroundings like a ship sailing through the waves and leaving you with vivid memories of an amazing adventure unlike any other.

Outside: a modern tiered construction set into the rocks, one approaches the villa on a private road which climbs the slopes of Mount Pellegrino, revealing one by one the terraces of the building that afford the enchanting sea views. The majestic view over the gulf will be your ever-present companion during your time at the villa with days full of new emotions and impressions. A small pool emerges from the rock and lusciuos plants resting on the water gift you your very own private oasis. Light streams into the property through the beautiful large windows. The large terrace is the perfect place for breakfast and romantic meals in utmost luxury.

Inside: The interior is spacious and fresh as you enter the magnificent circular room with large windows leading to the balcony, which reaches right round the building, thus one becomes a master of the sea that touches the beaches of Mondello with Capo Gallo lying in the distance. The circular room is tastefully decorated in a nautical theme, perfect for entertaining or unwinding as the space boasts maximum brightness and great comfort. The centre-piece circular room leads to a smaller room which opens the path to the adjacent quarters. On the right there are three large and spacious bedrooms, one with a large hallway and elegantly finished ensuite bathroom. On the left are the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The tasteful interior fittings are apparent in every small detail, from the soft colours rebounding chromatically against antique wooden furniture, to the majolica floor tiles that play with arabesque swirls and decor referring back to the vegetation outside. Two confronting worlds in harmony, that of nature and of architecture – together they are ideally suited to welcome and delight the most discerning of guests.

The sea and the proximity of the most popular tourist areas along the Palermo coastline are the hallmarks of Villa Jada’s location. It is very close to the beach of Mondello and only a short distance from the natural and rugged Addaura beaches. The villa is easily reached by car from the centre of the fishing village and is close to the road that leads to Palermo. It is ideally situtated for you to surround yourself with nature, but at the same time take advantage of the worldly pleasures of the nearby resorts of Mondello and Sferracavallo.
